KINETICS – POETRY IN MOTION

A change of scenery has certainly worked for Delago Brom 3YO, Kinetics, who won his second start today (19 July) – over 1320m at Dubbo – for NSW trainer Dale Wagstaff.
Previously based in Victoria where he was twice placed, Kinetics shifted north in May and hasn’t looked back with two wins and a second from four outings.
Bred by G & H Nicholls in Western Australia, Kinetics is out Scenic mare Scenic Lil, a half sister to Brisbane stakes winner Motspur.
Interestingly, while Kinetics is the study of motion and its causes, Kinetics (the horse) is something of a study in genetics, given that both his sire’s grandsire (Fairy King) and dam’s grandsire (Sadler’s Wells) are full brothers.
