by Ralph Beckett, this likely colt will be raced by a syndicate named “The Outlaws”.
What’s more, Bold Jack Donahue is out of
the Idris mare, Mother’s Hope: “he was his father’s only hope, his mother’s
pride and joy, and dearly did his parents love, the Wild Colonial Boy …”
