Caulfield on Easter Monday was also a happy hunting ground for leading owner/breeder, Rob Crabtree, who pays the bills for crack filly, Arctic Flight.
Having just her fifth outing, Arctic Flight led all the way Sandown Park (UK) Handicap over 1200m and despite laying out in the straight, cruised to a three and a half length victory.
Arctic Flight is a full sister to Crabtree’s Group One winning sprinter and Eliza Park based First Season Sire, Magnus, who notched up his first winner on Sunday with How Swede It Is.
