One shouldn’t be a sceptic, particularly
when one hasn’t backed the winner of the Melbourne Cup since 1962, but an
article in the Daily News about Gold Coast psychic, Konnie Gold, did catch the
eye.
Turns out that Kon (great name for a psychic)
followed up her Americain (fourth line of betting) tip to the Daily News with a
bold prediction for Dunaden (equal second favourite) after having a dream that
‘D’ crossed the line first.
Must admit I’m having a dream myself and
the initials BS keep popping up, but sadly it isn’t making me any richer.
Maybe if she’d had a dream about Viewed
($41) I might consider becoming a convert.
