Boom sire, Wanted, has again risen to the
surface with his filly from Bluebird mare, Gypsy Frolic, knocked down for
$70,000 at the Inglis Australian Weanling and Bloodstock Sale in Sydney this
morning.
Offered by Eliza Park, the weanling was secured
by Inglis as agent and is a half siser to stakes placed Celebration Girl and
closely related to Group winners Vestey and Twirled.
Wanted’s yearlings have sold up to $460,000
this year with his progeny now firmly ensconced at Australia’s leading stables.
